Where can you deliver to?

We can ship our items to most countries over the world.

What is the shipping time? How many days it will take?

It takes us around 24 to 48 hours to process the orders. After we processed your orders, it usually takes around 10 to 15 business days for the item to be delivered to your address. Some delays may happen due to customs and postal service delays which are out of our control, however, we will try our best to make sure you receive it as soon as possible.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We don’t charge any shipping fee no matter where you are! However, the accuracy and safety of your package can still be guaranteed from us.


We’ll accept return requests for items that are unused, unopened, with the original tags. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition, when it was received.

If you want to return your item, you have to submit your return request within 30 days of the date you received the item.


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.


In an unlikely situation that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to replace the item with a new one. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.


After you’ve submitted a return request to via email, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.


If the item is marked as a “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
